All digital files will be sent to your personal email by the confirmed schedule.

By booking an art commission piece from Cindy, you agree to all the terms and condition below :

1. A commissioned painting piece is for PERSONAL use only, and all form of digital files are for PERSONAL use only for client. Client must not commercialise, sell, edit, use a commissioned art piece in any way for any benefits at all.

2. Artist (Cindy Antoinette) have FULL COPYRIGHT of each art piece and files. Artist can always use commissioned art piece for her portfolio purposes.

3. Once commissioned is ordered and PAID by client, there is NO REFUND.

4. Clear and respectful communication between client and artist is very much needed. Client must respect artist's work, by not cropping or erasing artist's signature name mark when posting online.

5. All digital files such as the image will be sent digitally through email or other preferred website/application. There will be no physical object to be sent.
